Tom has more than 20 years experience from Kongsberg Maritime. When joining Massterly he held the position as VP, Head of Autonomy Program, and he also worked in Asia as Regional Support Manager.
Tom has a Bachelor in Robotics and has sailed in the Norwegian Navy.

Jon nordgard
CFO
Jon spent three years in the Strategy and M&A team in Wilhelmsen Holding before starting his role in Massterly. He also worked for three years as a management consultant in PA Consulting Group.
Jon holds a M.Sc. in Marine Technology from NTNU, Berkley & MIT.
